By accessing and using the Skylen website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website.
Products & Availability
Skylen reserves the right to modify, discontinue or update products, pricing, descriptions and availability at any time without prior notice.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Product prices may exclude optional paid services such as Priority Processing and Gift Packaging, which are displayed separately during checkout when selected. Skylen reserves the right to correct pricing errors and update prices without prior notice.
Orders
Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation. Customers may choose optional services such as Priority Processing and Gift Packaging during checkout. Charges for selected services will be included in the final order amount. Skylen reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability. Customers may access their order history, track order progress and view order status updates through their SKYLEN account dashboard where available.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within the cancellation window displayed in the customer account dashboard. Orders that have entered production, preparation or shipping stages may no longer be eligible for cancellation. SKYLEN reserves the right to determine cancellation eligibility based on the current fulfillment status of the order.
Optional Services
Skylen may offer optional paid services such as Priority Processing and Gift Packaging. These services are optional, charged separately when selected during checkout, and become part of the final order value.
Payments
Payments may be completed using supported online payment methods available during checkout. SKYLEN may also offer Cash On Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. COD availability is subject to order value, location and operational policies and may be modified at any time. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation. SKYLEN reserves the right to refuse COD service for specific orders, customers or locations where necessary.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
Cash On Delivery is currently available only on eligible orders between ₹999 and ₹3000. A Cash On Delivery handling fee may apply and will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation. SKYLEN reserves the right to change, restrict or discontinue COD services without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery
SKYLEN partners with trusted logistics providers including Ekart and Delhivery for order delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational delays, courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control. Customers can track eligible orders through their SKYLEN account dashboard.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds for prepaid orders are generally processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect depending on banking and payment provider timelines.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Skylen website, including logos, designs, graphics, images, product descriptions and branding, is the property of Skylen and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Skylen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services or website.
User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal, shipping and payment information while placing orders.
Changes to Terms
Skylen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated revision date.
