Return & Refund Policy

Made-To-Order Products

All Skylen products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligible Return Cases

Customers may request a replacement or refund if:

  • • Product arrives damaged
  • • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • • Wrong product was delivered
  • • Wrong size was shipped by our team

Non-Returnable Cases

  • • Change of mind after purchase
  • • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • • Products used, washed or damaged after delivery

Reporting Issues

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • • Order details
  • • Photos of the product
  • • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Orders

In eligible cases, Skylen may choose to provide a replacement product instead of issuing a refund.
